My eleven-year-old daughter has been sewing outfits and accessories for her stuffed-animal-rabbit wedding ALL last week.

She came to me looking grieved.

Daughter: Mom, the wedding is postponed.
Me: Why ever for?
Daughter: Because the Maltese Cat is an honored guest and you haven’t finished sewing him yet.

Finishing the Maltese Cat became the morning’s top priority. I can’t bear to be the obstacle preventing the rabbit couple’s big day.
