Deep Fried Whole Bluegill. Barely-breaded-in-cornmeal.

If I had made these and tried to serve it, the kids would mutiny. But since the boys caught and fried them…it is overwhelmingly popular. Delicious! The best fish they’ve ever had!

(I have refrained from enjoying this particular dish from the chefs. The issue for me is the presentation. I obviously have no taste.)
