We use our pastures hard for grazing and also rotate our lawn into the mix for our dairy goats. The adult goats are staked out on long lines, and the kids run wild and free while gettting into harmless mischief.
I know they’re hanging out on the porch when I hear the “thunk-thunk” of their teeny hooves. Sometimes they bed down on the dog beds. Sometimes they scamper away.
I don’t mind caprine visitors on my porch, so long as they know when to leave!
