Hi, I’m LL Long.

Previously a wilderness guide and cattle-hauler (among other pursuits), now I’m a full-time mom raising three kids with my husband in rural Pennsylvania.

I’m a freelance writer and stunt & trick ride on my horses.

We school at-home and grow a lot of our own food. If we can make it, adapt it, or fix it—we prefer not to buy it.

I love to forage and use every bit of our garden in soaps, salves, and other concoctions.

We don’t wear denim jumpers or make our own tie-dye clothing. Yet.
